I think even this agreement of Samtel JV with the western nations is one of them. <br /> All of the aircraft manufacturers want to use this JV to skip on procurement of other important stuff. To start with, whatever % of the 'profits' [not revenue] that Samtel JV reinvests in Indian defence industry could be counsidered as offsets.
