HAL must improve it's service record. It ...Sir,<br />HAL must improve it's service record. It has a dismal service record in and outside India. They can't supply spares in time. Peru grounded all HAL supplied helicopters. <br />So, if they really wish to export then they have to improve their safety and maintenance standard. Otherwise no one will buy their products outside India. <br />Recently HAL chairman was claiming that Malaysia and Egypt may buy HAL Tejas. Either he is ignorant of international politics or he thinks we are all fool ! Do you think that Egypt will buy a product with Israeli origin parts ! They don't buy even fruit juice from Israel ! Same is true for Malaysia. <br />HAL should concentrate on quality first.
